Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has launched the “Stretch & Wellness” Programme to improve employee well being and strengthen workplace safety on Thursday.
The initiative focuses on physical health, injury prevention, and ergonomic awareness, particularly for employees in operational and physically demanding roles. The programme was officially inaugurated at the Stretch & Wellness Fair 2026 held in Hulhulé.
The launch featured a formal ceremony, certificate presentations, and interactive fitness activities, including guided walking and combat fitness sessions, promoting an active workplace culture.
MACL also hosted a Wellness & Health Fair, bringing together healthcare and fitness partners such as ADK, Revive Fitness, Wellness Club, Physio Solution, and Thasalli Medical Care. Employees received access to health screenings and wellness consultations.
MACL said the programme reflects its commitment to building a safer, healthier, and more resilient workforce.
