Antoine Griezmann has agreed to join MLS side Orlando City from Atletico Madrid this summer.
The 35-year-old forward will move to Florida in July. He has signed a deal that could keep him at the club until 2029.
Griezmann is Atletico Madrid’s all-time leading goalscorer. He is also nearing 300 career club goals, having played for Real Sociedad and Barcelona.
He has said he is excited to begin a new chapter and was impressed by the club’s ambition.
Griezmann retired from international football in 2024. He scored 44 goals in 137 appearances and was part of France’s 2018 World Cup-winning squad.
