A Coffee Adventure at Soho Coffee Club

The Adventure begins

It started with a text in the group chat:
“New café just opened in Henveiru. Who’s in?”

Ten minutes later, we were walking toward Soho Coffee Club, right in front of Henveiru Saharaa. From the outside, it already had that “I’m about to become your favorite spot” kind of energy.

The second we stepped in, the AC hit us, the bright interiors greeted us, and there was this faint smell of fresh coffee beans that instantly made us feel at home. The place was surprisingly spacious — no awkwardly bumping into strangers here. You could just as easily spread your laptop out for “work” or settle in for a two-hour gossip session with friends.

The Drinks Saga

The menu? A treasure map for caffeine lovers. Espresso shots, caramel lattes, matcha, iced teas, smoothies, and something they called “refreshers” that sounded like summer in a glass.

I went for the Dirty Coffee — a shot of espresso poured dramatically over cold milk. Strong, smooth, and the kind of drink that makes you feel important even if you’re just scrolling TikTok.

One of my friends got the Strawberry Acai Refresher, which looked like a sunset in a cup and tasted like fruity happiness. Another tried the Ceremonial Matcha Latte, and we all had a sip because… peer pressure. Verdict: smooth, earthy, and perfect for a calm day.

The Food Fest

We didn’t hold back. First came the Grilled Cheese with Chicken — crispy bread, melty cheese, and generous chunks of juicy grilled chicken. It disappeared fast.

Then came the Avocado Toast with Poached Egg, Instagram-ready with a sprinkle of chili flakes. The yolk oozed perfectly — 10/10 content material.

The Breakfast Croissant was buttery, flaky, and filled with turkey ham and cheese. It paired ridiculously well with iced coffee.

Sweet Endings

No café trip is complete without dessert, so we went all in:

  • Pistachio Cheesecake – rich, nutty, creamy perfection.
  • Chocolate Lava Cake – warm, gooey, and paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Mini Lemon Tarts – zesty and sweet, like summer in a bite.

By the end, our table looked like a photoshoot for a food magazine, and yes, we took way too many pictures before eating.

The Verdict

Soho Coffee Club isn’t just another café — it’s the kind of place you’ll keep coming back to. The vibe’s right, the menu’s huge, and the food actually delivers. Whether you’re there for serious coffee business or just to hang out and people-watch, this spot’s worth checking out.

Next time? I’m definitely trying their high tea before it sells out.
