President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has said that government pledges to the people will be fulfilled by electing candidates from the People’s National Congress (PNC) in the upcoming local council elections.
The President made the remarks while speaking at the opening ceremony of the ruling PNC. He said PNC candidates would provide strong cooperation in implementing government policies at both island and city levels.
He expressed confidence that PNC representatives would play a key role in delivering the administration’s promises. “I have full confidence in PNC members to work closely at the island and city levels,” the President said.
The President also called on the public to support PNC candidates in the upcoming parliamentary elections. He noted that major development projects are already progressing rapidly and said future plans would gain stronger momentum with the election of PNC candidates.
