The Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company has held talks with the Japan External Trade Organization to expand its business in the Japanese market.
The meeting took place at JETRO headquarters in Tokyo during MIFCO’s ongoing visit to Japan.
MIFCO Strategic Consultant Athif Shakoor and Corporate Affairs General Manager Aminath Saniya Shareef attended the talks. Officials from the Embassy of the Maldives in Japan also took part.
MIFCO said the discussions form part of its efforts to expand operations in key international markets.
