Land reclamation at Hulhumalé Phase 3 has reached nearly 50 percent, with two major dredgers working on site.
Reclamation works continue with the dredgers Prins der Nederlanden and Oranje, each with a capacity of 22,000 CBM. So far, 31 hectares of the planned 63 hectares have been reclaimed. This brings overall progress to 49.2 percent.
MACL began Phase 3 reclamation on 10 November 2025. Work is advancing steadily as operations continue at full scale.
