Maldives Customs has intercepted the largest vape shipment ever attempted to be smuggled into the country.
Customs launched a special operation on August 4 after detecting suspicious cargo arriving by sea. Officers seized 10,800 vape cartridges during the operation.
The shipment is valued at MVR 2.7 million. Authorities are continuing investigations.
