The government has extended the deadline to November 6, 2025, for recipients of Gulhifalhu plots to sign new land agreements and registrations.
Recipients of Gulhifalhu plots under the Binveriyaa Scheme must complete their new registration and agreement. Those who miss the November 6 deadline will lose the opportunity.
Applicants must schedule appointments through the Hiyaavahi Portal. They must submit a copy of a witness’s ID. If someone else signs, they must provide the original or notarized Power of Attorney. They must also submit a copy of the previously signed agreement and a copy of the existing Bandhara Land Registration.
Appointments will be canceled if applicants fail to submit the required documents or do not attend at the scheduled time.
Approved applicants will receive notifications of their appointment time and place via the Hiyaavahi Portal and SMS. This allows them to collect their Bandara Land Registration and Agreement for Bandara Land on time.
