The Ministry of Housing, Land and Urban Development will hold a draw today for eligible Gedhoruveriya Scheme applicants who were not included in the previous allocation.
The draw will take place at 3:00 p.m. at the Ministry. It includes applicants who scored 73 points or higher for two-bedroom flats and above 76 points for three-bedroom flats.
It also covers cases where both spouses qualified but one spouse gave up their flat. Designated Ministry officials will conduct the process.
Flat numbers allocated through the draw will be published on the Gedhoruverin Portal, and the event will be broadcast live on Public Service Media (PSM) and the Ministry’s social media platforms.
This follows the November 16, 2023, draw and ensures that all eligible applicants who were previously excluded now have an equal opportunity for allocation.
