Samah Wins Vilimalé Council

Samah secured over 800 votes, defeating Ahmed Shamin Rafeeu, who received 500 votes. In the WDC election, PNC candidate Aishath Sajidha has been elected as chair. She won the seat with over 600 votes.

Nationwide, 214,898 people voted in the elections out of 253,714 eligible voters, according to the Elections Commission.
