Zeppo Sports Club has won the Eid Baibalaa 1447 championship, defeating BG Sports Club 2–1 in the final.
The win ends BG’s dominance and marks the first time a Hulhumalé club has claimed the title.
BG took the opening game, with Faraha Shaam putting in a strong performance. Zeppo bounced back to level the match, as Mohamed Nawwaaf eliminated Shaam in a key moment.
The final went to a decider after a draw, with Nawwaaf sealing the championship in the fifth round with a decisive tag.
Zeppo completed the tournament unbeaten, with Nawwaaf named Mr Baibalaa for his standout performance.
Odi Sports Club won the Fair Play award, while Zeppo’s Farish Khalid was named Best Coach.
