Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) has started handing over flats under the Gedhoruveriya Scheme.
The first keys were given today at a ceremony in Amaan Udhares Tower 14. FDC Managing Director Hamdhaan Shakeel handed the keys to the first resident.
FDC said residents can collect keys from Tower 14 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., except on government holidays. Dates and updates will be posted on the FDC portal.
The corporation has also set up a booking system for moving furniture and large items. Residents can reserve storage space to avoid congestion in common areas.
Flats are first given to recipients cleared by the Housing Ministry, who signed agreements and paid deposits.
