President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has thanked residents for their warm hospitality as he concluded his tour of 31 islands across four atolls, unveiling new projects and pledging to address community needs.
The president returned to Malé last night after completing his visits to V., F., M., and Th. atolls. He thanked residents for their warm welcome and said the trip gave him a clear view of local concerns.
The President, joined by ministers and state company heads, inaugurated projects and signed agreements on several islands. These included RTL ferry services, airport development, new BML ATMs, council offices, police stations, and other key infrastructure.
He also announced decisions to boost healthcare within six months and outlined banking reforms aimed at strengthening the economy and benefiting citizens.
Muizzu stressed that meeting people directly and acting on their concerns remains a core policy of his administration.
