Four long-serving tourism professionals have been recognised with Dedicated Service Awards at the Hotelier Maldives Awards 2026, held on April 26 at NIVA Kurumba Maldives.
Organised by Hotelier Maldives and presented by Bestbuy Maldives (BBM), the annual event celebrates excellence in the country’s tourism sector. Now in its third edition, it remains the only national platform dedicated to recognising resort employees.
This year’s Dedicated Service Award recipients are:
- Adam Saeed of Bandos Maldives
- Mohamed Waheed of Equator Village
- Mohamed Naeem of Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru
- Abdul Samad Ibrahim of Club Med Kani
The award honours individuals whose long careers have contributed to the growth of Maldivian tourism, alongside 23 individual and 12 team awards presented during the gala.
