Fuel at Shed Rate for Fishermen

Authorities said boats registered with Fahi Energy will be eligible to access the subsidised fuel. The move aims to support the fishing sector and reduce operational costs.

Fuel will be available across multiple locations, including Ihavandhoo, Hanimaadhoo, Milandhoo, Eydhafushi, Nilandhoo, Dhuvaafaru, Kooddoo, Fuvahmulah, Hulhumeedhoo, Himmafushi, Kudahuvadhoo, Filivaru and Hulhumalé Jetty.

Officials said the initiative is part of efforts to ease costs for fishermen and improve access to fuel nationwide.
