The Government of Maldives has strongly condemned the terrorist attack that occurred in Pakistan’s Balochistan Province on 31 January 2026.
In a statement, the Government reiterated its firm opposition to terrorism, violent extremism, and all criminal acts in all forms and manifestations.
The Maldives extended its deepest condolences to the families of the victims and expressed solidarity with the Government and people of Pakistan during this time of grief. It also wished a swift and full recovery to those injured in the attack.
