Bank of Maldives (BML) has opened a new branch in Dh. Kudahuvadhoo, strengthening banking access in the atolls.
The branch was inaugurated today by Finance Minister Moosa Zameer, alongside BML CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef and senior bank officials.
The new facility replaces the old Kudahuvadhoo branch. It offers faster and more convenient services for customers in Kudahuvadhoo and nearby islands. The branch operates as a paperless, digital facility.
CEO Mohamed Shareef said the branch reflects BML’s investment in regional infrastructure and modern banking. He added that the bank plans to open 12 new branches nationwide this year.
