Travelers to Bangladesh will no longer be able to obtain visas on arrival temporarily, as the country prepares for its upcoming parliamentary elections.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives has announced that the suspension will take effect from February 15.
Travelers planning to visit Bangladesh during this period are advised to obtain a visa in advance through the Bangladesh High Commission in the Maldives.
