Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has opened an Expression of Interest call for a luxury housing project in Hulhumalé Phase 2.
HDC invited interested parties to submit EOIs by 12:00 PM next Wednesday. The project site covers 125,387 square feet, with buildings allowed up to 47 metres in height.
The corporation said it prefers a Development and Sale Rights model but will also consider other proposals. If multiple EOIs are received, HDC will select the proposal that best fits its master plan and vision.
HDC will assess submissions based on the proposed business model, financial strength, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
