President Dr. Mohamed Muizz announced mental health issues will be fully covered by Aasandha starting January 1.
While speaking at the two-year presidency event he said Aasandha will cover all mental health problems. He plans to end this gap next year. He emphasized mental health care is very important. The government will develop K.Guraidhoo with 50 million MVR. This project aims to improve mental health services.
The president’s goal is to support better mental health for all.
