President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has appointed MP Husnee Mubarik as a member of the Judicial Service Commission.
Husnee Mubarik, the Member of Parliament for Manadhoo Constituency, has been appointed to the Judicial Service Commission to represent Parliament. The appointment ceremony took place today at the President’s Office.
During the ceremony, President Muizzu handed Mubarik the appointment letter. He signed it after taking the oath of office. Supreme Court Justice Ali Rasheed Hussain administered the oath.
The appointment strengthens parliamentary representation in the commission. Mubarik will now participate in the JSC’s work overseeing judicial administration.
